We had intended to take a nice long walk in the woods today but, unfortunately, heavy rain has stopped play. Just across the track from the camp site is a very nice restaurant that welcomes muddy booted walkers and soggy dogs. It has lovely warming fires and a very friendly atmosphere too, so we headed in for a couple of beers to wait for the rain to stop.
It became obvious that the rain wasn't going to hold off so we eventually braved the rain and headed into the woods. We took a shorter walk, making sure to visit the family of wild boar that are safely fenced in to their own area of the woods.
